About Team Hewitt MMA & Fitness
Our Mission
At Team Hewitt Martial Arts & Fitness, our mission is to provide the highest quality martial arts training in a safe and supportive environment. We are committed to helping our students achieve their goals, whether it's improving their physical fitness, learning self-defense skills, or simply having fun. We strive to instill discipline, respect, and confidence in all of our students.
Our Instructors
Our instructors are highly trained and experienced martial artists who are passionate about teaching. They provide personalized attention and guidance to each student, helping them to improve their technique and reach their full potential. Our instructors are committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all of our students. We have been teaching MMA in the South Florida area for over 20 years.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of disciplines to meet the needs of every student, from beginners to advanced. Our style includes Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and more. We also offer specialized programs for kids, teens, and adults. Our programs are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while teaching valuable self-defense skills.
